Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, please email us at liza@silverlinejewelrystudio.com with:

Photo evidence of the damage or defect
If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Processing & Shipping
As a small, independently owned studio, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.
Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that selecting expedited shipping affects delivery speed only — it does not shorten processing time. All standard orders ship free of charge. Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
